There are very few activities in life that I enjoy more than shopping. And one of those activities is shopping with a purpose. I love shopping when the proceeds of my purchase help those less fortunate than I am. And if I can shop and give back...that's my sweet spot. Some of my favorite shops are doing amazing things in our communities and communities abroad, not just during the holiday season, but all year long. Giving, even just a little bit, goes a long way.
Thoughtful Threads // For every head wrap sold, Thoughtful Threads will donate a head wrap to an individual with cancer undergoing chemotherapy
31 Bits // Proceeds support and empower women in Uganda by offering healthcare, finance coaching, and counseling as they move through a five-year program to a happier and healthier life.
Krochet Kids International // A non-profit that empowers women in poverty-stricken regions of Peru and Uganda to overcome poverty by teaching the art of crochet. Each product is handmade by one of the artisans employed by Krochet Kids.

Love Your Melon // 50% of the net proceeds from every beanie are donated to the Pinky Swear Foundation and CureSearch to aid the families of loved ones battling cancer. In addition, beanies are donated to local hospitals for those fighting cancer.
Sevenly // Every week, Sevenly partners with a new charity and helps to raise funds for them through the sale of apparel, accessories etc. At the end of the week, $7 or 7% of all sales are donated to the charity of choice.

The Giving Keys // Employing those who are transitioning out of homelessness The Giving Keys also implement a "Pay It Forward" program, in which individuals buy a key with one of the signature words (Believe, Hope, Brave etc.) wear it, and then pass it on to another individual who is in need of kind words, love and prayer.
Denik // Featuring notebook and journal artwork from artists all over the world. A portion of the proceeds give back to support the artists, as well as funding to build schools in developing countries.
(RED) // An organization dedicated to ending the AIDS epidemic, the proceeds from each (RED) product go directly to help those in need of the anti-retroviral vaccines for victims in developing countries.
