Zion's Den Apparel Neon Summer Leggings // When my mornings are shower-less, but I still want to feel like a million bucks, I always grab my favorite pair of leggings by Zion's Den Apparel. Handmade in Utah, these super soft and stretch yoga pants take me from enjoying breakfast with my little ones to sorting inventory for my business at night. Any yoga pant that can run around with me all day and keep their form deserves a trophy! Can I get an amen?!
Emily Ley To-Do Notepad // This is my brain first thing in the morning: "I wonder what time our dentist appointments are today. Did I remember to pay the babysitter last night? We should have pasta for dinner. No, chicken. Wait, no, I just bought that fish from the market. I need to call my mom about next weekend. When's the last time I fed the dog?" This is my brain after jotting down all my thoughts on my Emily Ley To-Do list notepad: "Ahh yes, this is nice. This is very nice." Need I say more?
Weestructed Tiny Humans mug // I love this mug for many reasons. Mostly because I find myself saying this exact phrase at least one hundred times a day. But motherhood is also amazing, rewarding and empowering. And exhausting. Did I already say exhausting? Sorry, I'm a little tired...Anyways, this mug holds all of the coffee I could possibly want throughout the day, plus it's dishwasher and microwave safe. It's a perfect 10 on my coffee mug grading scale! (If I had the time to make a grading scale, that is!)
Little Adi + Co Keep On Dreamin' tee // "Keep On Dreamin" is one of my favorite mantras. It motivates me to wake up in the morning and follow my dream--to design amazing clothes for mamas and their little ones. I wouldn't be where I am today without this little phrase, and I hope by wearing this tee, I can pass along the inspiration and motivation to you! (Big plus--it's super comfy! And if you order a size or two larger, it doubles as a rockin' shirt to sleep in!)
Whatever You Are, Be A Good One By Lisa Congdon // Oh, Lisa. You heart-melter, you! Most mornings before the boys wake up, I page through this marvelous book and sip my coffee. Lisa took some of the most beautiful quotes ever spoken and formed them into works of art. The pages are filled with her hand-drawn images along with quotes to start your day off on the right foot. This little book is sure to make your mornings brighter!
Jessica N Designs assorted stamped coffee + tea spoons // Sometimes...when I just can't in the mornings...I let my spoons speak for me. Whether I'm spooning cream into my coffee or stirring up my afternoon iced tea, these utensils add a dash of adorable to any drink. Side note--these make terrific gifts! With the option to personalize the spoon's message, you can't go wrong with a hand-stamped goodie from Jessica's shop.
Tom's Roasting Co. Honduras Roast // We all know and love Tom's shoes, and their coffee company is just as wonderful. Coffee AND shoes?! Well done, Tom's. Well done. Not only is the coffee delish, (especially when drank out of my Tiny Humans mug), but with every bag purchased, Tom's will donate a week's worth of clean drinking water to someone in need. So, cheers and drink up!
Young Living Essential Oils in Peppermint and Citrus Fresh // On mornings when the boys decide to wake up hours earlier than normal, I love to put a little extra pep in my step with essential oils. Essential oils are great for many uses, but I choose to use them mostly for aromatherapy purposes. There is nothing better than waking up to a house smelling fresh and clean (even if it's not), am I right?! The peppermint and citrus fresh scents help to brighten my morning and kick my butt into gear when I'm feeling groggy, under the weather, or just plain unmotivated in the mornings. I don't know how I lived without these little bottles of wonderful, and they are now an everyday staple for a good morning in my house!
My favorite breakfast recipe!
The Yummy Life Overnight Oatmeal // If you haven't hopped onto the overnight fridge oats bandwagon, I now give you permission to do so. Why? Because when you mix yogurt, berries, and oats--magical things happen. Add all your ingredients to a Mason jar the night before you need a quick breakfast and let the fridge do the rest! Overnight oats are the full of fiber and protein, and you are in control of the sugar content (unlike regular microwave oatmeal). My absolute favorites are the Mango Almond and Raspberry Vanilla from The Yummy Life. Do yourself a favor and try these! You'll never look at oatmeal the same.
